Refentse Gaonnwe founded Tobetsa IT (Pty) Ltd in 2021 in Centurion, Gauteng. We build websites and WhatsApp automations for South African businesses.
Our main product is a done-for-you, locally managed WhatsApp sales agent. We build it, run it and improve it for you, so every enquiry is answered, qualified and given a clear next step. Websites are there for clients who need one alongside their agent.
You work directly with Refentse. There is no ticket queue and no self-serve tool to configure: a person who knows your business sets up your agent and keeps improving it.
